• Which software do you use for custom embroidery digitizing?

We use Wilcom v9 mostly; also we use Embroidery Studio Elements 3 for embroidery digitizing purposes.

  • How much do you charge for digitizing?

Normally we charge $10. We also charge by the stitch count and flat rate as well.

  • How do I know if my artwork is ok?

Once we received your artwork, your artwork will be thoroughly checked and processed by our team lead, if all procedure will be fine then you would receive a confirmation Email. If we face any trouble then we will let you know about it.

  • Can I avail the free trial to check quality and time?

No, we do not provide first design as free because a lot of people utilizing free trials but we got blocked after original files delivery. We got same practice everyday.

  • How can I place an order?

No signup required placing an order or quote, you can place your order by quick inquiry form, if you sign up with us then you can get your all records yourself.

  • What software do you use for Vector Conversion or Redraw images?

We use Adobe Illustrator CS6, CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 for Vector Conversion.

  • Are the price quotes for embroidery digitizing and vector art conversion is free of cost?

Yes we provide quotes and stitch counts for free. Fill out the quote form and we will get back to you with quote within 2 to 12 hours. Time estimated as per complexity of artwork

  • What type and quality of file I need to submit for embroidery digitizing and vector conversion?

You can submit pdf, png, jpg, bmp, ai, cdr, eps and any other file formats. If you are curious about stitching quality? Provide best visible detailed artwork, and get the perfect product. We’d appreciate for submitting best available images. Surely you will get best finishing for your garments.

  • How would I know if my digitized file is ready for production?

When you files will be ready, an embroidered visual picture will be emailed to you as evidence along with the .dst, .pdf Performa and .emb file with required instructions. Please make sure to check your spam settings or add karensdigitizing@gmail.com as mark safe to allow list of inbox.

  • What is your Payment Procedure?

You will get the payment invoice weekly or monthly as per goodwill. We use 2CO(www.2CheckOut.com ) as our primary payment merchant. Should you wish to pay via PayPal, 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) will direct you to the SECURE PAYPAL SERVER. Should you wish to pay by credit/debit card, 2Checkout.com will process you payment via their SECURE ORDER FORM. We accept PayPal to PayPal payments; We also accept Payee’s Cheque or Bank transfer on payments condition applied.

Yes, we keep backups of your custom digitized files, vector files, emails and original artworks for 90 days; in case you need revisions after that we disposed off the data.

  • Do you contact your customers for embroidery digitizing and vector conversion about artworks?

Yes, we contact with our customers if we have any questions about your orders and quotes we do not have automated correspondence. You do not have to sign up or log in to download your files. Your digitized files emailed to you at your registered email address.
